Near the end .. the weight loss challenge

Team Tanya … I am still in the lead.


I set another goal for myself to help me win the weight loss challenge this month. Since Spring had finally arrived, I plan to spend more time outside. But I also need to be even more conscious of my eating, and I need to be smart with my snacks. Eating more frequent with the right kinds of snacks may help you stay satisfied, and keep your overall calorie intake spread throughout the day.


Here are a few ideas to keep in mind:

A handful of baby carrots

Half an apple with one (1) ounce of almonds

One (1) cup of berries (strawberries, blueberries or blackberries)

Three (3) cups of air popcorn

A handful of trail mx with dried fruit and nuts

A boiled egg

One (1) ounce of mozzarella string cheese with a small apple
